	AVHA Training Center Information Location: 6808 151st Street West Apple Valley, MN 55124 What to wear/bring: · Wear: o Work-out clothes (shorts/sweat pants, t-shirt, tennis shoes) · Bring: o Skates o Skate Guards o Gloves o Helmet o Stick o Water Bottle Important Note: The Kwik Ice skating surface is hard your player’s skates. They WILL need to get them sharpened after each time they skate at the Training Center.
