2008-2009 AVHA Golf Tournament Fundraiser

The Apple Valley Hockey Association will be hosting the 3rd Annual Mike Bari Memorial Golf Tournament on Monday, August 11th at Boulder Pointe Golf Club in Elko.  Proceeds from this fundraiser help keep the cost of hockey affordable for all in the AVHA.

• NEW parent + youth rate of $130
• $90 per player, $350/Foursome, $200 Hole Sponsor or $500 Hole Sponsor + foursome
• Price includes cart, driving range, goodie bag, contests, prizes, dinner and more
• Chance to win a car (we actually had a winner last year) and/or $1 million
• Registration is due Friday, August 1st
• Check-in is 12pm noon and shot-gun start is at 1pm
