2009-2010 AV Hockey Golf Tournament Fundraiser

Apple Valley Hockey Association and the Apple Valley Boys High School Team are partnering this year to to provide golf tournament participants one GREAT Tournament. 

The AV Hockey Golf Tournament will be held on Monday, August 3rd at
Boulder Pointe Golf Club in Elko.  Proceeds from this fundraiser will be split between AVHA and the AVHS Boys Booster Club.  Thank you in advance for your support and participation!

• Register by Friday, July 24th
• Best Ball, Scramble Format
• $100/Golfer, $45/Jr.Golfer (under 16),  $360/Foursome, $200 Hole Sponsor or $500 Hole Sponsor + foursome
• Price includes cart, driving range, goodie bag, contests, prizes, dinner, and a chance to win a new car and/or $1 million 
• Check-in starts at 12pm noon and shot-gun start is at 1pm
