2010-2011 AV Hockey Golf Tournament Fundraiser

Apple Valley Hockey Association and the Apple Valley Boys High School Team are partnering again this year to to provide golf tournament participants a GREAT Tournament. 

The AV Hockey Golf Tournament will be held on Monday, August 2nd at
Boulder Pointe Golf Club in Elko.  Proceeds from this fundraiser will be split between AVHA and the AVHS Boys Booster Club.  Thank you in advance for your support and participation!

• Register on-line by Monday, July 26th
• Best Ball, Scramble Format
• $90/Golfer, $45/Jr.Golfer (under 16),  $360/Foursome, $200 Hole Sponsor or $500 Hole Sponsor + foursome
• Price includes cart, driving range, goodie bag, contests, prizes, dinner, and more.
• Check-in starts at 12pm noon and shot-gun start is at 1pm 

If you are not a golfer but would like to be a part of the Golf Tournament please consider volunteering.  There are numerous executional details including securing door prize donations, tournament  and hole sponsors.
