FREE Mouthguards
Erickson-Aamodt Orthodontics is once again offering free mouthguards to all traveling players in the Apple Valley Hockey Association. Unfortunately, players with braces WILL NOT be able to use a custom molded mouthguard. This year mouthguards will be molded at their office in Apple Valley which is located in the white professional building behind Applebee’s restaurant.
Please call their office at 952-431-1111 to schedule your appointment to create the mold. The appointment will only take about 10 minutes. Then go to their website at the link below and print your coupon for the free mouth guard. You need to bring the coupon with you to your appointment.
