AVHA Boundaries
Apple Valley Hockey Association is for boys and girls residing within the boundaries of Apple Valley High School. Please click here to determine if you reside within these boundaries. If you have questions please email registration@applevalleyhockey.com.
Birth Certificates – New and First Year AVHA players:
All first year AVHA players must provide a copy of their child’s Government Issued Birth Certificate. Please bring a copy to any walk-in registration, parents meeting or email a PDF to registrar@applevalleyhockey.com or mail to: AVHA, Attn: Registrar, P.O. Box 240504, Apple Valley, MN 55124.
Outstanding Balances
If you have an outstanding balance with AVHA, you should have received a statement with a balance due. Please make your payment on-line or send it to AVHA, PO Box 240504, Apple Valley, MN 55124 as soon as possible. Your child will not be allowed to skate until your account is paid in full. If you have questions please contact our Treasurer.
