09-10 Sponsorship Opportunities
Are you looking for ways to support a good cause and further enhance your business’ profile in our community? If so, the Apple Valley Hockey Association (AVHA) presents a unique opportunity for you to do just that through our sponsorship program.
The AVHA is a non-profit organization promoting youth ice hockey for boys and girls in the Apple Valley High School attendance area. Our association draws it’s more-than 300 members from Apple Valley, Burnsville and Lakeville.
Our foremost goal is to enrich the lives of our players by developing life skills like team work, dedication, determination and perseverance. We also work hard to develop and improve boys’ and girls’ hockey skills through knowledgeable coaching, while maintaining a fun atmosphere.
All proceeds raised through this effort are directed to the AVHA general fund which helps offset the out-of-pocket cost of each player in the program. This also allows us to offer a formal scholarship program where families in need can request financial assistance with ice bills and team fees.
