Parents Feedback Survey 2009-2010
AVHA Parents:
Your feedback is extremely important to us!
In an effort to continue improving our association the Board is asking parents to take a few minutes to complete a confidential survey for each team you have players on; traveling and mites. The results of these surveys will be used by the Board to determine potential program, player development, coaching and tryout changes or improvements that should be considered for the 2010-2011 season.
Please remember, without your feedback (positive as well as negative) we do not know what is working well or not so well. Please be assured, your responses will be anonymous and held in the strictest confidence. If you have any questions please contact Annette Opseth.
