Let the trainer train, observe but DO NOT sideline coach. The trainers have 100s of hours of training and do not need comments "Go Faster" - "Glide"

Any Apple Valley High School or Apple Valley Burnsville Youth Player.

There is no cost to the treadmill, this is a benefit of being a member of the Firehawks/Valkyries 2023-24 Season

Please don't sign up for a bunch of sessions then cancel last minute. This doesn't allow other members to sign up  and leaves our trainers with small groups or open sessions.
